Under the Law of Ukraine "On Information" No. 2657-XII of 02.10.1992, the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, and the Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations" No. 755-IV of 15.05.2003.
Coverage
Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days from completion. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranty or 30 days, whichever is longer. Warranty applies only with full payment and the original receipt. Exclusions: misuse, accident, unauthorised modifications, consumables, corrosion, wear and tear, or pre-existing hidden defects.
Claims and consumer rights
Contact us within the warranty period. Covered defects are corrected at no charge. Before contracting, we provide provider details, price or estimate, warranty terms, complaint procedure and withdrawal/termination rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
Advertising, personal data and licences
Price, quality and guarantee claims are truthful and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996. Online identifiers are processed with a privacy notice, a lawful basis and prior freely given consent under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010; regulator: the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine. Workshops display licence number, issuing authority and validity period under the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing of Types of Economic Activity" No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015.
