A technician inspects the car first, you receive a written estimate with parts, labour and timing, and no chargeable work starts before you approve it.

    Inspection and diagnostics

    The car goes on the lift for a fault scan and a hands-on check of the systems you reported, plus anything the scan flags.

    Written estimate

    You get the findings in writing: parts with their origin, labour hours, and the planned completion time.

    Approved repair

    Work starts only after you approve the estimate. If the scope changes, we call you for a new approval before continuing.

    Final inspection
