Services

These Terms govern use of pocoslate.com and requests for auto repair services. Use means acceptance.

Before a contract we disclose provider, price/estimate, warranty, complaint procedure and withdrawal/termination rights. Final costs are confirmed after inspection.

Licence, Data and Ads

Licensable vehicle maintenance is carried on under a licence whose number, issuing authority and validity are in our Business Info section. Personal data, including cookies and contact-form identifiers, is processed under a privacy notice, lawful basis and prior consent for non-essential processing. The regulator is the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine. Claims are truthful, substantiated and not misleading.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our proven fault. Disputes are resolved under Ukrainian law by courts at our registered location.
